ROBOZ

This application can create a software agent or robot  on demand that uses VoIP technology to call user in case of any operational errors or exceptions.

For example, if there is heightened latency (slow data-feed) in case of a real time risk management system, the risk analytics module will produce erroneous results. The user should know that his system has slowed down either because of slow internet speed, increased load on system resources or some other exception. Moreover he should be notified automatically, with a phone message so that he can respond quickly (anytime, anywhere response). Even if he is not checking his emails or SMS, a phone call will alert him.

Also, the RoboZ is built as very flexible and widely applicable architecture as it can be embedded in a wide variety of computer applications or devices.
